Integra Partners

UX/UI Designer

IT - Remote - Full Time

Integra Partners is seeking a strategic and hands-on UX/UI Designer to own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery for our internal applications. As the sole designer on the team, you'll be responsible for defining the user experience strategy, evolving our design system, and delivering intuitive, workflow-driven interfaces that meet the needs of both users and the business.

This role is remote and highly collaborative in nature. The ideal candidate is fluent in visual thinking, uses design artifacts as their primary communication tool, and thrives on educating stakeholders while raising UX maturity across the organization. If you're energized by building from scratch, aligning teams around the user journey, and translating complex business problems into elegant design solutions, we want to hear from you.

Salary: $112,000/Annually

Responsibilities

  • Engage with real users through usability testing, feedback channels, and forums.
  • Run user research, usability tests, and persona development; synthesize findings into actionable designs.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide UX decisions and validate which principles to implement.
  • Manage and evolve our design system, adding scalable components and patterns.
  • Conceptualize site structure, data interactions, and overall flow to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Develop and document the application’s information architecture, ensuring logical content organization and discoverability.
  • Start projects by sketching and visualizing ideas early to ground stakeholders early in the collaboration process and create a shared understanding of workflows and user journeys.
  • Build interactive prototypes (low, mid, and high fidelity) for validation before handoff to engineering. Iterate designs quickly based on user testing and feedback.
  • Create and present detailed journey maps and process flows to align stakeholders on the intended experiences across use cases.
  • Develop and hand off front-end design assets as needed (graphics, HTML/CSS/JS, XML, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into usable, scalable solutions.
  • Help define requirements, timelines, success metrics, and project scope with a focus on sustainable design.
  • Create and maintain a single, prioritized list of UX and visual-quality improvements, incorporating input from cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor UX metrics (e.g., task completion rate, error rate, time on task, drop-off points) to evaluate and continuously improve user experience.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep designs fresh and forward-thinking.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with demonstrated ability to develop and apply UX best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the life cycle process of website development (discovery, planning, design, requirements, coding, testing, and user testing and evaluation)
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining rapid customer feedback loops to inform design at critical stages
  • Self-starter, motivated, confident, and can work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process, problem-solving approach, and final outputs.
  • Success on projects designed from scratch as well as redesigns for established platforms or products.
  • Demonstrated ability to map end-to-end user workflows and present those journeys in a way that drives alignment and shared understanding.
  • Manage the evolution of a design system.
  • Experience designing with tools like Zeplin, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in creating UX artifacts such as journey maps, personas, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience in conducting usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Kendo as well as experience passing designs from Sketch/Zepelin to Angular.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
