About the Position

Integra Partners is looking for a Senior Account Manager for our Network Expansion team. This role is a blend of strategic account management, fast-paced sales, and problem solving. We are looking for candidates with best-in-class account management skills, a strong desire to sell, and a willingness to tackle new challenges associated with rapid business growth. This role will wear several hats and will be responsible for addressing the needs of the business. Strong candidates will be business savvy, value operating in a client-facing capacity and naturally solutions-based. This is a fast-paced role, with lots of autonomy. Looking for a self-starter who can manage complex challenges end to end, with limited oversight.

About the Team 

Integra’s Network Expansion team is responsible for the ongoing success of the Company’s provider network, ensuring health plan member’s needs are delivered in the pursuit of patient service excellence. The team is focused on delivering value to providers, collaborates cross-functionally, and is a key component of corporate development and success. Our provider partners are comprised of leading regional and national DMEPOS vendors and manufacturers, as well as local providers, across 27 states.

Salary: $85,000/annual

Responsibilities and Duties 

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Actively recruit providers in new and existing markets.
  • Identify strategic provider partnerships
  • Cultivate, maintain, enhance, and manage relationships with key clients
  • Actively manage and improve the performance of providers
  • Work closely with claims, customer service, and our sales teams to drive a high performing network for our health plans
  • Be the voice of the customer for our network of providers so that we can drive better operational processes, improve our technical products, and drive better outcomes with our health plans
  • Serve as a point of escalation for provider needs
  • Solve complex member challenges by leveraging cultivated client relationships
  • Assist with member transitions

What will you learn in the first 6 months?  

  • Landscape of the DMEPOS space and industry dynamics 
  • Integra Partners value proposition and successful delivery to execute and drive results. 
  • Navigation of proprietary network and claims management systems. 
  • Provider contracting operational and workflow process and procedures. 
  • Network adequacy regulations and requirements 
  • Internal cross-department collaboration with the goal of driving the Integra mission as one team. 

 What will you achieve in 12 months? 

  • Closing provider deals to increase network membership. 
  • Collaboration and coordination of provider onboarding and implementation 
  • Navigate and own case escalations to resolution. (End to end problem solving)
  • Building strategic relationships with network providers 

Required Experience:

  • At least five years of account management or related experience
  • Sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed expectations
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple recruitment campaigns, providers, and projects
  • Persuasive sales acumen with documented track record of closing ability 
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong familiarity with Excel, data analysis, and Salesforce
  • Strong understand of executive-level reporting
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
