Given Integra Partners’ continued growth and momentum, the company is adding depth to its IT team. Integra Partners is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic, and organized IT Operations Director who possesses the ability to manage the infrastructure and systems supporting our operations. They will be responsible for maintaining software environments, the infrastructure that our software runs on, and working with vendors to support other IT-related functions. We are quickly moving to a shared services model for application development in the cloud with Kubernetes, service mesh tools and automated release management and testing. We are evolving our IT Operations team to help build automation into patch management, server and desktop builds and software releases. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT operations and cloud technologies.

Salary: $150,000.00/Annually

                                 JOB QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

The IT Operations Director’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Team leadership of Information Technology Services (ITS) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
  • Management of the IT ticketing system, the IT Operations budget, and cloud vendors.
  • Manage, document and enhance both automated and manual operational processes, including remote. workstation management, remote server management, patching, and alerting.
  • Create tools and release automation so that deployments are painless and require minimal intervention.
  • Partner with developers, testers, and IT Operations to enable high-quality software development in an agile environment.
  • Support day-to-day activities such as assisting application teams in platform related build issues, keeping the healthy state of all tools and platforms which includes JIRA, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
  • Embrace Infrastructure-as-a-code.
  • Engineer and support comprehensive Disaster Recovery (DR) processes and procedures.
  • Determine cost and productivity of environments, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Define Azure infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Determine DevOps roadmap.
  • Implement complete end-2-end platform observability, including monitoring, log analysis, and observability.
  • Maintain and build Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) running Windows and Linux, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Plan and oversee the installation of applications and information security measures, monitor and maintain Security of all IT systems.

  • Within 12 months you will find new ways to automate many infrastructure and deployment tasks.
  • You will lead a strong team to effectively support the company, particularly our client facing team members.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar; master’s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:
  • Solid experience with configuration management, build management, and release management.
  • Knowledge of software change management policies and procedures.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration systems like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Amazon Web Services required.
  • Knowledge of cloud implementation solution design and implementation.
  • Experience in managing Windows and Mac systems with periodic patching and vulnerability management updates.
  • Knowledge of Voice Over IP (VOIP) solutions and call center software a plus, including call flow and interactive voice response.
  • Experience with Virtual Private Network (VPN) support and firewall support a plus.
  • Programming experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Windows/Azure PowerShell a plus.
  • High level of integrity in dealing with confidential information.
