Integra Partners is seeking an IT Operations Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud identity, Windows automation, and end user support. This role is rooted in modern IT Operations but works closely with our SRE team to improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and strengthen our operational tooling.

You’ll manage and automate Microsoft Entra and Windows environments, support internal users, maintain cloud infrastructure, and contribute to role-based access controls and operational workflows. While this is not a pure SRE role, you’ll collaborate with SRE engineers and help implement reliability focused practices across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who thinks automation-first and avoids repetitive tasks; communicates clearly and collaborates well across teams; enjoys solving problems and improving systems; wants to help bridge traditional IT operations and modern reliability engineering.

SALARY: $85,000.00/annually

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

The IT Operations Engineer’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Automate operational tasks and workflows using Python, PowerShell, and similar scripting tools.
  • Manage and automate Windows environment deployment and configuration, including device management and operational tooling.
  • Administer and optimize identity and access management within Microsoft Entra ID, including role-based access controls and lifecycle workflows.
  • Provide end user support for escalated issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for internal teams.
  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
  • Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus and Grafana; experience with these tools is a strong bonus.
  • Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams to improve reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in a shared on call rotation and incident response processes.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and automation workflows.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Cloud Operations, or a similar role.
  • Hands on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
  • Working knowledge of identity platforms, especially Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience with Windows administration, device management, and operational automation.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, system administration, and operational best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple environments.
  • Exposure to observability concepts and the use of service level indicators and service level objectives to guide reliability improvements.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • AWS or Azure certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code practices (e.g., Pulumi) to standardize and automate environment provisioning.
  • Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration.
  • Experience with Docker or other container platforms.
  • AWS or certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator).
  • Experience with Mac OS administration, device management, and operational automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
  • Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration.
  • Experience with Fivetran or similar data integration tools.
